Jessica Ryan Photography Wedding Day Questionnaire

Hello! Your Wedding Day is almost here! I’m sure you are getting excited – maybe a little nervous – but hopefully mainly excited!

We’ve talked about a lot of details & timelines throughout your wedding planning, but the questionnaire below will ensure I’m prepared to capture all the most important moments of your Wedding Day.

Please refer back to your Bridal Guide I sent when you first booked to help guide you for your timeline. I am happy to help you with your timeline for photography to make sure you get everything photographed in a timely and organized manner.

Please fill out the questionnaire below:

    Contact Information

I ask that the Bride has her jewelry, shoes, dress and any other special details organized to the side & ready for when I get there to start photographing those details.

I arrive for your Wedding Day two hours prior to your scheduled ceremony time, unless previously arranged for an earlier time. What time is your ceremony? (please not here if we previously arranged for a different arrival time)

More and more couples are choosing the "First Look" before the ceremony to spend those first few precious moments alone together. This allows an intimate and very personal moment with you and your fiance and also allows more time for photographs, can help keep your timeline on track and get you to your reception quicker. Will you be doing a "First Look?"
    Yes  No

What are your Ceremony and Reception locations and addresses?

Are you doing an exit, please describe your exit:

Family formals are typically immediate family members & follow immediately after your Ceremony. It's a great idea to designate someone – either your Wedding Planner, or a responsible family member – to notify these family members to come back to where the ceremony took place. Immediate family members include your parents, grandparents, siblings and their spouses and children.

Is there any extra family information that I should be aware of? (i.e. divorces, or someone who unfortunately could not make it, etc.)

    Now the fun part!

You're getting married to your soul mate, your best friend. It's likely that I have photographed your engagements & have gotten to know you two well. But I wanted to add a section where you can write a little bit more about yourselves. Take some time out of busy wedding planning & start to reflect what your Wedding Day is all about - spending the rest of your lives together!
